S'mores Crunch




I will go on record saying, 'THIS STUFF IS RIDICULOUS!!!'.  All things you love about s'mores, baked up in a crunchy snack. 
WHAT YOU NEED:
4 c. Mini Marshmallows
1. c. Mini Chocolate Chips
(I use Ghirardelli Mini Semi-Sweet)
3. Golden Grahams

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Evenly spread the mini marshmallows over a parchment
paper lined baking sheet. 
Bake for 12 minutes.

Immediately sprinkle the mini chocolate chips on top
of the puffed up marshmallows.

Quickly, quickly top the puffed marshmallows and mini
chocolate chips with the cereal.  Use clean hands to firmly
press the cereal into the marshmallows.

Allow the crunch to cool.  If you have room in your
refrigerator, place pot holders on a vacant shelf and
set the baking sheet in the their to cool for at least 1 hour.

After the crunch has set (i.e. chocolate has hardened
back up), crack it into pieces (like brittle candy).
Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator or freezer.

Mmmmmm!  So Good.
